We’re a curated deals website. We select, score, and describe deals from retailers — currently Amazon — and link out to them. We are not a retailer ourselves: we don’t sell products, process payments, ship anything, or handle returns. Every purchase you make happens on the retailer’s own site, under the retailer’s own terms.

Prices, discounts, stock, and promotion details shown on the Site reflect the retailer’s listing at the time our system last checked it — not necessarily the current moment you’re viewing the page. Prices can and do change on the retailer’s side faster than we can. The price you actually pay is always whatever the retailer charges at checkout, not what’s shown here.

Badges such as “Lowest price in 90 days,” “Bestseller,” or “Popular” are informational signals generated from data available to us at the time — they are not a guarantee that a price is the best available, or that a product is in stock or of any particular quality.

If you subscribe to our email or set a price-drop alert (“Watch price”), you’re asking us to email you deals or notify you if a price drops below what it was when you set the alert. Alerts are checked on our refresh schedule, not continuously — there can be a delay between an actual price change and our email about it. You can cancel any alert or unsubscribe at any time using the link in the relevant email, or via our unsubscribe page.

The Site doesn’t require you to create an account. Features like subscribing, watching a deal’s price, and leaving feedback are tied to the email address you provide for that purpose, not to a login.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from the Site in an automated way
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or abuse our forms (subscribe, feedback, price alerts)
• Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Misrepresent your identity when submitting an email address or feedback

The Site’s design, text, and original content are owned by deals N’ more. Product names, images, logos, and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners (including Amazon and individual brands) and are used to identify and describe the products featured, not to claim any affiliation beyond our disclosed affiliate relationship.

Links on the Site lead to third-party retailers we don’t control. We’re not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of those sites. Reviewing their terms and privacy policies before you buy is on you.

The Site and everything on it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep deal information accurate and timely, but we make no guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, deals N’ more is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information found on it — including a purchase made on a retailer’s site based on information shown here that later turned out to be inaccurate or outdated.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which deals N’ more operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
